Goyard

Similarly to Louis Vuitton, Goyard started its life as a fashion house as a purveyor of fine trunks and leather goods. Its predecessor, the House of Martin, established a reputation in 1792 as trunk-maker to royalty and continued its prestigious trajectory with its evolution to the House of Morel. Eventually the name of Goyard as we know it today was instituted as the brand's final emblem and continues to be known as one of fashion's most elite designer houses.

More about Goyard

Goyard's implementation of two signature canvas fabrics into its production set it apart from competitors with its capacity to create high quality water resistant trunks as well as soft yet durable designer bags. The notable chevron pattern emblazoned on Goyard goods incorporates the Y from the Goyard family name, marking each designer piece with a chic symbol of status. Goyard pieces are known for their structure and geometric aesthetic appeal, giving off a polished effect with their symmetrical design and clean lines. Despite its ultra-chic high fashion image, Goyard is continuously inventing new ways to integrate hints of whimsy into its collections, such as with its "Chic du Chien" line of designer products for pets. A designer item by Goyard is a treasure for anyone fortunate enough to add it to their wardrobe and the brand deserves a place on any fashion connoiseur's must-have list. Through each unique piece, the wearer is initiated into the illustrious club of Goyard's admirers throughout history and is given the opportunity to share in its heritage.
